Hello,

This is actually my first real blog in well over a year, and so much has changed since I first started my journey in become a fashion photographer. I remember the days when I dreamed of shooting top models, and in this last year it all finally happened. Like a butterfly emerging from the cocoon, my stock in my local area rose, and suddenly I find myself in the midst of photographing all sorts of interesting fashion photography. From fashion photography tests with high end models to beauty advertisements for friends, this has been an amazing journey. I am so excited for whats to come. I love the world of photography and fashion, and hope to one day meet and join some of the greats.

For 2014 I told myself I had 3 goals.
I wanted to get an amazing new camera that allowed me more leeway in low light.
I wanted to shoot a fashion lookbook for an upcoming fashion designer.
I also wanted to start working on contacting professionals for designers to network with.

I’m sooo excited to say that I got anew CANON digital SLR camera !!! I’m in love with CANON 6D beyond measure. The camera is everything my 5d mark 2 was not. I know there are several people that would argue that its not an upgrade but I’d like to argue the likewise. Well ok, after using the 5dmk2 for several years I have my opinions, but I’ll leave that to a later blog post. Just know that the Canon 6d does everything my 5dmk2 did but way way better !!!!

I’m still looking for designers to work with for their look books, but I’m confident the opportunity is coming. There are so many talented designers in and around the east coast that its sure to happen soon. I love what I do so I always work harder than my competition, I work harder than my competition, and to be honest I think I enjoy it more. IF you have a new line you would like shot please contact me. I would love to have a few major lookbooks in my portfolio by the end of the year.

I’ve started reaching out to several boutiques and designers and the response has been amazing! I can’t wait to share with you all whats in the works for this year.

In the meantime I figured I’d introduce you to my style a bit more. I had a great time shooting with Symone who drove hours to come and shoot with me. She’s currently an amazing model, and is signed to FentonMoon in New York City. We had a blast with the set and I’m happy to say we came out with some magic.
